Delivery

What delivery costs (nothing), where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens between the order and the knock at the door.

What delivery costs

Nothing. There is no delivery charge on any order, to any country we deliver to, and no minimum spend to reach first. The price on the product page is the whole of what the courier collects; no line is added on the order form and none at the door.

Where we deliver

Orders are taken on country pages, one per country, in that country's language and at its local price. The countries are Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Spain.

A product page lists the country pages that exist for that item. Where an item has no country page yet, it cannot be ordered online for the moment; the page says so and gives the email address to ask.

How long it takes

Once the order is confirmed on the phone, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to hand the parcel to the courier or postal operator of your country, and the parcel a further 3 to 7 working days on the road, depending on the country. These are estimates drawn from how the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates.

If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, treat it as late and write to us: we open a trace with the operator, and if the parcel cannot be found you get a replacement or your money back, whichever you prefer. You have paid nothing until the parcel is in your hands.

The confirmation call

Every order is confirmed by phone before it is packed, usually within one working day, on the number you gave. We read back the item, the address and the exact amount the courier will collect, and you can change any of it on the call. If nobody answers we try again; if we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed.

Following the parcel

There is no tracking box on this site and no account to log into. The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask by email with your name, address and order reference. It is the operator's own page that shows the journey; some routes have no consumer-facing tracking, and on those we give you the dispatch date instead. The whole of it is on where is my order.

At the door

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you, and only then; outside the euro area the courier collects the equivalent in the local currency, the figure stated on the country page and read back on the call. Look at the parcel before you pay: a parcel that is obviously damaged can be refused, and a refused parcel costs you nothing. Details on how to pay.

Customs and import charges

Inside the European Union no duty or import tax is charged on arrival. Where a parcel crosses a border that requires a declaration, the customs authorities receive the details that country's rules oblige us to state; any charge they raise is set by the destination country, is not part of our prices and is payable by the recipient.

Who delivers, and who answers

The parcel travels with the courier or postal operator of your country; we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask. Everything before and after the journey — the order, the call, a change of address before hand-over, a late parcel, a return — is handled by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, at support@nextronika.com, open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time, answering within 2 working days.
