Returns and refunds

Fourteen days to change your mind, and a clear route for anything that arrives wrong or stops working.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Fourteen days to decide

If you change your mind, you can return an unused item within 14 days of the day it was delivered. You do not have to give a reason.

That window is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — a right, not a favour, with rules we cannot vary — and it applies the same way in every country we deliver to.

The right of withdrawal sets out the legal procedure, the model form and the deadline for the refund. This page covers the practical side: what condition the item has to come back in, who pays the postage, and how the money reaches you.

How to send something back

There are no forms to print. It works like this:

  1. Write to support@nextronika.com, or use the contact form with the topic "Return", giving your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and the instructions for your country.
  3. Pack the item safely — ideally in its original box — with every accessory and manual it came with.
  4. Send it to the address we gave you with a tracked service, and keep the proof of postage.
  5. We check the item when it arrives and send your refund.

What "unused" means

For a full refund the item should come back:

  • unused and undamaged;
  • in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals;
  • without marks, modifications or wear caused after delivery;
  • with the order number, so we know whose it is.

You may switch a device on to check that it works — that is what you would do in a shop. A device that has been in use is a different matter: scratched housings, batteries cycled well beyond a quick test, worn ear tips, cables or filters, or personal accounts set up on it mean the item is no longer unused. In that case we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as consumer law allows.

When and how you are refunded

We send the refund as soon as we have checked the item, and in any case within the time limit consumer law sets.

The money goes back the way you paid. If you paid the courier in cash there is no payment to reverse, so we agree a refund method with you by email.

The refund covers the price of the item, which is the whole of what you paid: the parcel reached you at no delivery cost, so there is nothing else of ours to give back.

Who pays for the return journey

If you simply changed your mind, the cost of sending the item back is yours. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, we pay for getting it back to us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours if you can, with photos of the item and of the packaging. You choose between a replacement and a full refund of what you paid, and we arrange the collection at our cost.

Reporting it later does not remove your legal rights — it only makes the claim against the carrier harder.

Faults that show up later: the 24-month warranty

The 14-day return is separate from the warranty. Every product we sell is covered for 24 months against manufacturing faults.

If something stops working months after delivery, write to support@nextronika.com with the order number, a description of the fault and a few photos. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Who handles returns

Returns and warranty claims are handled by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, the seller, at support@nextronika.com.

Write to that address before sending anything back: we answer with the return address and the steps to follow.
