Common questions

The things people write in and ask, answered in a line or two, with a link to the full wording where there is one.

What does delivery cost?

Nothing. We make no delivery charge on any order, to any country we serve, and there is no minimum spend to reach first.

The price you see on a product page is the whole of what you pay. No line is added at the end of the order form, and none is added on the doorstep.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once the order is confirmed on the phone, we take one to two working days to hand the parcel over, and the carrier three to seven working days more, depending on how far it is going.

Those are the times the routes normally run, not promises. When one slips, track your order explains what to do about it.

How do I pay?

In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. It is the only method this shop offers, and it is the reason nothing is owed until the box is at your door.

Outside the euro area the driver collects the equivalent in local money. The whole of it is set out on payment methods.

Will you ask me for card details?

No. Not on the order form, not on the confirmation call, not afterwards. We ask for a name, a phone number and a delivery address, and nothing else.

Nothing of that kind is stored either, because none of it is ever collected. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for a card number or a transfer before delivery, it is not us: tell us at support@nextronika.com.

Why do you ring me before sending it?

Because a parcel paid for at the door is worth getting right first time. On the call we read back the product, the address and the exact sum the driver will collect, and you can change any of it or call the order off.

If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed — so a wrong digit in a phone number is the commonest reason an order stalls.

How do I follow the parcel?

There is no login here and no tracking box, because there are no accounts on this shop. Our call centre, which confirms your order, gives you the tracking details, on that call or whenever you ask, and the operator's page shows the journey.

Some routes have no consumer tracking at all; on those we give you the dispatch date instead of pretending otherwise. Ask us at support@nextronika.com and we will look it up.

What if I change my mind after it arrives?

You can send it back. The right of withdrawal gives you fourteen days from the day the goods reach you, no reason required, and no shop can shorten it.

It is written out in full on right of withdrawal, with the model form and the refund deadline; the practical side — the condition the item has to be in, who pays the postage — is on returns and refunds.

Who pays to send something back?

You do, if you simply changed your mind. We do, and you are out of pocket by nothing, if the item was faulty, damaged on the way or not what you ordered.

Write to support@nextronika.com before you send anything: we answer with the return address for your country, and a parcel sent to the wrong warehouse takes weeks to resurface.

What happens if a device stops working?

Every product carries the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, and we handle the claim ourselves rather than passing you to a manufacturer's hotline.

Send support@nextronika.com the order number, a description of the fault and a couple of photographs. Depending on what has gone wrong, we repair it, replace it or refund it.

Could customs charge me something on arrival?

Inside the EU and the UK, no. For destinations beyond them, import duty and local taxes can be charged when the parcel lands.

Those are set by the destination country, not by us. They are not part of our prices and they are payable by whoever receives the parcel.

Do I need to register?

No. There is no account to open, no password to remember and no order history behind a login. You order, we call, the parcel comes.

Keep the order reference from the thank-you page if you can; if you did not note it, the phone number you ordered with finds your order just as well.

Who am I actually buying from?

One company, and it does everything: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Huanbin Lin, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time at support@nextronika.com, and an answer comes within 2 working days. Anything about your personal data goes to privacy@nextronika.com, answered within 30 days.
