A starter kit for knowing what is open and what is moving at home: a hub, four contact sensors for doors and windows, and one motion sensor. The sensors talk to the hub over Zigbee, which is why their button cells last about eighteen months; the hub connects to the router by Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Each event goes to the phone as a notification and into a history in the app. The sensors stick on with the pads in the box; no drilling. More sensors can be added to the same hub later.
