A 60 W pencil soldering iron for cables, connectors, circuit boards and the small repairs around electronics. The temperature is set with the dial on the handle between 200 and 450 °C and holds steady; the ceramic heater brings the tip up to working heat in about a minute.
The kit comes with a wire stand with a brass cleaning sponge, a coil of lead-free solder, five interchangeable tips of different shapes, a desoldering pump and tweezers, in a zip case. Mains-powered, with a 1.5 m cable.
